Is GST included in the price of my purchase?

GST is included for all orders delivered in India.

All prices appearing on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.

How do I place an order?

When you have found your product, select the quantity of desired products and click on "Add to Cart”.

Among the Kronokare’s products, you can purchase online a product may exceptionally be sold out. In this event, when you click on "Add to Cart", a window appears to inform you that the product you wish to order is temporarily sold out. Our stocks are however frequently updated and you can contact our customer service department for information of when the product will be back in stock.

How do I know the status of my order?

The process is as follow:

When your order and payment are validated, Kronokare sends an initial e-mail to confirm your order. Then, once your order has been prepared and despatched, you will also receive an order despatch confirmation by e-mail. In this second e-mail, you will find a parcel number.
