1- CLEANSE DEEPLY BUT GENTLY
Use a mild cleanser that preserves the natural skin barrier.
Limit the use to two times a day. Prefer cold water for face washing.
Avoid harsh cleanser that contain strong surfactant.
2- ENCOURAGE CELLS RENEWAL: EXFOLIATE
The skin needs to be gently exfoliated to remove the layer of dead skin and flush out the dead cells. Once the dead skin is cleared off the skin; the skin will produce fresh new cells and will also absorb the products you apply, faster
Exfoliate once or twice a week only
3- STIMULATE THE SKIN WITH ANTI OXIDANTS
Your skin needs antioxidants to be radiant. Vitamin C serum is one of most efficient antioxidant and blocks the production of melanin that results in pigmentation. A skin brightener that we have reinforced with some hyaluronic acid to also nourish and repair the skin.
4 - FEED THE SKIN WITH FATTY CIDS
Dull skin needs essential fatty acids, powerful antioxidants and vitamins, especially the skin-nourishing antioxidant Vitamin E, A and D. It also needs a lot of minerals such chromium, copper, zinc, and some rare fatty acids such as Omega 6 and 9 which deeply nourish and repair the skin.
They can be found in nut and seed oils such as Acai, Rice Bran & Passion Fruit Seed.
5 - PROTECT AGAINST UV RADIATION
UV rays create an antioxidant imbalance, they create an oxidative stress. Oxidative Stress damages collagen and elastin, the protein fibres responsible for skin plumpness and elasticity. Once damaged, the skin starts to look saggy, develops hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles eventually
6 - PROTECT AGAINST POLLUTANTS
Pollutant particles can be up to 20 times smaller than human pores and enter skin pores easily.
These pollutants are easily absorbed through the skin in tiny particles and act to stimulate melanocytes creating pigmented spots. They also generate reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are free radicals that contributes to oxidative stress.
This is damaging to the skin and can accelerate skin dryness.
DULLNESS & DRYNESS
The skin naturally has a protective lipid barrier on it, which locks in the moisture and protects it from the external damage. Dry skin lacks the sebaceous activity that produces oil in your skin, and therefore your lipid barrier is damaged making it unable to lock in moisture.
DULLNESS & HYPERPIGMENTATION
Discoloured skin needs essential fatty acids, powerful antioxidants and vitamins, especially the skin-nourishing antioxidant Vitamin E, A and D. It also needs a lot of minerals such chromium, copper, zinc, and some rare fatty acids such as Omega 6 and 9 which deeply nourishes and repairs the skin.
They can be found in nut and seed oils such as Acai, Babassu, Jojoba, Shea, Passion Fruit Seed etc.
